Support got back to me quickly and answered my question without making it a whole annoying thing. I was expecting some dumb back-and-forth, but nope, they sorted it out and I could get on with my day.

I saw that I could start with a smaller bag and immediately thought, perfect. It’s so much easier to try it out for my dogs first and then grab a bigger bag later if they like it

I started noticing little changes after switching to this. His coat looks shinier, he’s got more pep on walks, and his stomach has been much more settled. I didn’t realize how much he might’ve been needing something different until I saw the difference.

I’ve used the site a bit and it seems legit so far. I didn’t run into anything weird, which is nice. My only complaint is that I kept waiting for some issue to pop up, and nothing really did, so yeah, no weird problems, no random errors, no sketchy stuff. Reliable from my experience

My dog is super picky and usually does this whole routine where he sniffs new food, looks at me, and then just walks off. I tried Simple Food Project not expecting much at all, but he actually ate the whole bowl in about one sitting.

The box showed up a little crushed, and one of the bags didn’t look like it was sealed very well. Nothing was completely ruined, so I can’t say it was a total fail, but for the price I was expecting it to arrive in better condition

I was already kind of tired and hungry when I ordered, so the delivery getting delayed twice was frustrating. The tracking barely updated, which made it even more annoying because I had no idea when the food would actually show up. The food itself was fine once it arrived, but the whole waiting around with no clear timing really put me off. I’m not sure I’d order again anytime soon

I can’t remember the exact number of days it took, but it got here quickly, definitely sooner than I was expecting. Tracking was simple enough, and as far as I remember, everything arrived just fine with no problems.

The food itself is fine. My dog likes it, no real complaints there. But every time I go to reorder, something is sold out. Same bag, same flavor, gone again. It gets frustrating when you’re trying to keep your dog on one consistent food and not switch things around all the time. Shipping was okay when I was actually able to place an order. Just the availability issue. Makes it hard to stick with them

I really wanted this to be a win, but the ingredients just didnt look as fresh as I thought they would. Some pieces seemed okay, but there were a few bits that looked dusty and kind of stale, which made me less excited about feeding it to my dog.
He ate it for the first couple meals, but then started leaving more and more in the bowl. For the price, I was hoping for better quality and fresher looking food. Its not awful, but I probably wont buy it again.
